At International Web Solutions we take your privacy and security very seriously.
No personal information is ever released about you including your e-mail address to to outside sources.
Your hosting, name, address and all your personal information is securely stored and only accessible by the system administrator.
Account Security
All billing is totally automated and all credit card transactions are automatically processed by our US merchant service securely through the Skipjack transaction network unless you choose to use PayPal in which case they and you are totally responsible for transfer of your funds to us for your monthly billing.
For your convenience and protection your hosting account activation is automatic and immediate subject to the following conditions. Items number 2 and 3 are required in all circumstances to get a hosting account with us.
For Instant Account Activation:
1. You must be signing up from the same country as your credit card billing address.
2. You must provide the CVV verification number on the back of your credit card when signing up and filling out your billing information. This number proves that you are in possession of the credit card.
3. You must fill out your accurate address, phone number, and contact e-mail address. We will verify your phone number and if it is not correct we will not be able to process your account.
If you have done all the following correctly then your account will be verified and will be setup instantly and activated within 12 hours. If you can not meet item 1 requirement then your account would be a moderated signup. See below.
If items 2 and 3 are not correct then your account request would be deleted.
If you are in a different country then your credit card billing address when signing up then you will still be able to get a web hosting account with us but you will be required to supply a photo id by e-mail to us and we may possibly call you by telephone to verify that your information is correct. If this is the case then as soon as you supply the information to us we will be able to setup your account. If you are aware of this fact in advance you may e-mail us your picture id as soon as you finish submitting your account information and we will setup your account at once. There then will only be at most a 24 hour delay. This is for your protection and we are sorry for any inconvenience and we hope that you appreciate the fact that we take your security seriously.
Once you have completed these steps your account will be verified and then you will have your own control panel to manage every aspect of your hosting account and all payments will be automatic for future months.
