Web Hosting Signup Instructions
Please read the following notes and instructions carefully.

We have Windows, Cold Fusion MX and Linux hosting plans. We also have a 3rd level domain website hosting service if you do not have a domain name. Each plan is described in detail and there is an automatic signup "Buy" link at the bottom of the page under each description. |
We offer a 30 day trial period on all plans that you can convert to paid when you decide to stay with us and also you may choose to pay monthly or yearly.

Register a Domain Name if you need one.
You may use our domain registration service to register a domain name of your choice. We provide you with an independent control panel for the maintenance of your domain names. You may use this link to go to our Registration Department You should do this prior to signing up for a hosting plan.
1.Important Notes on domain names.

Click on the Buy Link on the plan that you choose : Please click on the Buy link at the bottom of the plan description that you have chosen. You will be taken to the secure control panel where you will add your information and activate your account. Account setup is automatic and activation is instant or within 12 hours subject to the following.
1. You must be signing up from the same country as your credit card billing address.
2. You must provide the CVV verification number on the back of your credit card when signing up and filling out your billing information. This number proves that you are in possession of the credit card.
3. You must fill out your accurate address, phone number, and contact e-mail address and this must be able to be verified. Our anti-fraud system checks all information for accuracy.
4. If you are transfering your payment from your PayPal account then follow the instructions and you will receive a receipt instantly for your payment.

If you have done all the following correctly then your account should be setup instantly and activated instantly or within 12 hours. Please note that you have to provide a correct phone number for us to contact you in case of a need for verification. If the phone number your signed up with does not match then your account will automatically be deleted.
If you are in a different country then your credit card billing address when signing up then you will still be able to get an account with us but you will be required to supply a photo id by e-mail to us and we may possibly call you by telephone to verify that your information is correct. If this is the case then as soon as you supply the information to us we will be able to setup your account. This is for your protection and we are sorry for any inconvenience and we hope that you appreciate the fact that we take your security seriously.
Once you are setup and verified then you will have your own control panel to manage every aspect of your hosting account and all payments will be automatic for future months.
Payment Instructions:

Paying by Credit Card and / or PayPal : Please select "Paypal" if you wish to pay through your PayPal account or credit card when signing up. This gateway is automated and payment will be credited to your account instantly. Also subsequently, you will be required to pay manually according to your chosen billing cycle. You will receive a bill by e-mail each month telling you that your payment is due and how to complete the payment.
We offer PayPal for a convenience to our customers who wish to use that service to transfer payments directly from your PayPal account, bank account or credit card. Our PayPal payments system will send you a monthly bill and then you will have to manually go into your web site control panel and transfer the funds from your PayPal accountor credit card to us. Your account is only credited upon completion of PayPal transferring the funds to our account. This is the most secure way to transfer payments world-wide.

VERY IMPORTANT - Your Email Address : While registering you *MUST* ensure that the email address you enter will not be hosted with us. Doing so will make it impossible for us to communicate with you in the event of downtime. Additionally after registration you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you never receive such an email, contact our sales department immediately with the username you registered with.

Domain Name : If you don't own a domain name yet, it is recommended that you find a domain name that is available first through our site at http://domain.intlws.com and register it and add the name during your signup process for your hosting account. Your account will be automatically created with your new domain name and when the DNS zones are updated throughout the internet your site will be available. You may register a domain name through our site at http://domain.intlws.com . You will receive an independent control panel for maintaining your domain names.
You should register your domain name first and then signup for your hosting plan. Dot Com domains at $8.95 per year.
When adding a domain during the hosting registration process or later for new domains or additional domains, use the following form that is available on your H-Sphere hosting control panel. You will just add in your domain name and it's extension "ie" .com, .net and then click submit.
Below is not a live form - only a sample of the form you will use on your control panel.

The domain is not actually transferred to us. Only local DNS records are created for it so that your web site will be available via it's domain name. If you registered your domain name through our domain registration service then this is all you need to do. Your new domain will be available on the internet within 24 - 72 hours. You may upload content in the meantime to the instant domain alias provided in your control panel.

If you have registered your domain through another company that sells domain names you will have to get them to point the DNS server zones to our servers at ns1.intlws.com and ns2.intlws.com or do so through a control panel that they have provided for you. Your site will not be available on the internet until this is done and allow 24-72 hours for it to propagate through the internet. You may upload content in the meantime to the instant domain alias provided in your control panel.

Stopgap Domain : will allow you to use hosting services without a real domain. Stopgap domains don't have DNS zones, and don't allow e-mail service. You can access your sites using your instant domain alias that is automatically created for you when you signup.
Stopgap domains support web site management and FTP services. Also, IP-only access is possible with a dedicated IP.
You can add a real domain to your account through your control panel at a later time and delete your stopgap domain if you wish.
3rd Level Domain: If your plan allows this option you will be able to signup with a domain name of "yourstore.buynowmarketplace.com" and have instant activation and resolving of your web site and be listed in the Buy Now Market Place. No domain name purchase or registration is required with this option. Just choose the name you would like to use and put it in the form for registering 3rd level domains and your site is automatically setup with your new name and available on the internet within 24 - 72 hours. You may upload content in the mean time to the instant domain alias provided in your control panel.

Very Important: You may not use any hosting account provided by International Web Solutions for sending SPAM mail. If any hosting account held by you is found sending SPAM mail then your account will be suspended automatically by the system. To resume services you will need to correct this issue and submit a trouble ticket and notify us that there will be no more spamming from your account. We will not issue any refunds for any accounts that were setup solely for the purpose of sending spam mail. As you should be aware, spamming is illegal.
WARNING: Our system has fraud prevention measures in place. This hosting service is for legitimate businesses. Anyone attempting to signup with stolen credit cards, etc., or setting up spoofing sites or e-mails will be turned over to the proper authorities.
Those types of activates will not be tolerated.

If for any reason you ever want to cancel your hosting with us you can do so at anytime by using the Cancellation Form or by using the Contact-Us form and providing us your account number provided to you at signup, domain name, and login name. We would then verify by e-mail to you that you do wish to close your account and then upon your verification your account would be closed at once and you will receive a pro-rated refund.
